Payment was made twice by mistake
No work has started by our team
Documents were not reviewed or processed
We are unable to initiate the service from our end

Government fees or challans are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

Work has already started
Documents submitted are incorrect or fraudulent
Application is rejected by the government
User cancels midway after work begins
User does not respond within 7 days of document request
Delay is caused by government portals or external systems
